SmartGit not always indicating available updates on favorites

SmartGit mailing list
Version 6.5 preview 7 (build #4075).  I've noticed for the last couple
weeks that SmartGit does not seem to be reliably indicating that updates
are available from origin on projects I've selected as favorites.

I know that certain projects have updates; either people have told me,
or I've gotten email for pull requests.  I see no visual indicator that
my local repo is behind origin.  Nonetheless, when I select the project
and do a pull, SmartGit will retrieve the latest updates.

Did I do something to cause this?  Any way I can fix it?  BTW, this
functionality is not completely broken.  I will still occasionally see
the green down arrow on a project icon indicating my local repo is
behind origin.

Thanks.

Hi Guy,

SmartGit only polls in intervals, so there might be times where pulling will reveal new commits that are not yet displayed.
